I commit to then attend MOD 6 session 1 on Tuesday and if I genuinely feel this has helped me then I commit to attend To attend MOD 6 Session 2 and MOD 6 Session 3. If I don’t feel any genuine improvement then I will skip MOD 6 Session 2 and session 3. I commit to attend All of tyms session classes in the evening for that week. Exceptions for Sasha only.
