Bhogen commits to:
Remove highly processed high calorie foods, especially ones with high sugar and fat content. If I want to have some, practice restraint by not eating everything in one sitting, or waiting. Not today but tomorrow. Also do my best to walk every day, especially right after meals. Do bathroom exercises at work hourly.
