(Monday, 27/June) The end of the detox period. I have to say that this detox has helped me a little bit to really think about what my mid and long-term goals are. Usually I lose focus, and I tend to go after dreams that social media feeds me, but now the goals I'm going after are mostly my own. From now on, I might start implementing some sort of time limit for YouTube and other social media. |

(Sunday, 26/June just past midnight) We've been hit by continuous power outages in my city, which is alright at daytime. But at night, I just can't find anything to pass the time. I can't really turn to knitting, so I've been reading my Kindle. None of my books are that interesting to me though |

(Saturday, 25/June) So far so good. Went to a family gathering today, but seriously I want to leave. Made it just in time to check in with my stickk journal. |

(Friday, 24/June) Today I downloaded the extension Unhook for YouTube. I'm hoping to find something similar for my phones YT app, so that when I go back to using them, I will at least use them productively |
