Robbybox commits to:
observing a regular sleep schedule and exercising every day:
I must be physically OUT of bed no later than 7:00AM on weekdays. ONE minute late is a violation, & the official time is my bedroom clock. I must be physically IN bed @ or before 11:00PM Sun-Thurs night (same rigor & clock apply). Furthermore, I must cover a distance of 3 miles on the treadmill before going anywhere in my CAR every morning Mon-Fri, AND I must observe a normal working day with a 9:30 time punch & 1hr lunch break.
