Wednesday, 1/26/22 I didn’t listen to music b4 work today and I left home at 7:14am to drop my daughter off at school. I’ve been over 90% successful at practicing this habit over the last month. |

Tuesday, 1/25/22 I didn’t listen to any YouTube yesterday morning before work. Although I was still quite late because I stayed late working on my lesson plans and arranging work in the HUB. Then I took a 10 minute nap because I stayed up the night before watching a show on Netflix in Spanish and I was very tired. Yesterday evening, I didn’t listen to YouTube once I got home from work. Reham and i went to the library after school/work so we got home later (around 7pm). When we walked in the door, I remember thinking I don’t want to be the girl who’s addicted to receding into some fantasy world I conjure up when I’m listening to YouTube. Also, I was tired from not sleeping the night before and I was drawn to keep watching the Spanish version of “Reign” on Netflix. I quickly fell asleep in my chair downstairs so I still didn’t get anything more done in terms of my evening routine. But once Humb was home he did an amazing job working with Reham in her homework. I felt bad that I didn’t contribute anything last night with her. |

Thursday, 1/20/22 No YouTube yesterday before leaving for work. We left the house around 7:15am which is good time. Peaceful start to the morning except the principal of her school said I can’t drop her off at that location. So I need to leave earlier so we can either walk from down the street or get in the long circle drive line. |
