Do 3 75-minute sessions weekly putting lyrics I've written to music or lyrics to new tracks I've chosen. I will hold myself accountable with 3 Focusmate sessions weekly - this can either be 1 50-min session and one 25-minute session or it can be 1 25-min sessions, preferably back to back.
Track selection can be done during 1 of the 3 weekly sessions. If additional time is needed, it will need to be done outside of the other 2 sessions. Goal: have a completed song to a track.

I did it !!!!!! I didn't want to let myself down, I didn't want to cheat myself, and I didn't want the money to go to the anti-charity. Amazing how this works. I even made time for it on Sunday morning. AMAZED!! Also, would like to report that I have gotten a good ways through the creation of one song, which I thought would take me the full 5 weeks!!!! Wowza!!! |
