ykarate commits to:
Drink 1 gallon of water each day before any other food, then drink only water, non-sugared decaf tea or coffee, non-sugared Naked juices and soy milk for four weeks. Also, daily AM & PM BP checks. Must tear up a dollar bill for any food violation or BP check miss. Off date nights w/Mom if BP checks are 120/80 or lower for that day.
