I commit to setting daily limits on my internet use in this goal’s comments, before I use the internet for anything except job work or stickK. On work days, I must do job work for at least 30 minutes between when I set the goal and any non-work/stickK use of the internet. On weekends, I must work on house chores for at least 30 minutes between when I set the goal and any recreational internet use, but logistical use is OK as soon as goal is set. Optional: set initial goal offline in my journal.

Great that you went to bed last night with the feeling you had done something constructive. Was that a refeshing feeling? I imagined that word was there but it is not. Is that an unusual feeling to have at night, even on days you do get your hours of work in? May I ask what was the constructive stuff you did? Glad you got some think tank research in. Sorry to hear about the smashed in car door. Hope its not sharing a bad vibe with me. Mine happened the Friday before! Hugs! And thank you for being around for me! |

OK, today's limits: Internet and general computer use: **OK anytime before 10:30pm: ** ck email, BART sched stickK updt contact PA: Mon calling mechanics, loc timecards work progress **OK after QG b4 cook soup** 30 min. think tank rsch, stickK updt **OK after soup is simmering** Unrestricted until 10:30pm Audio: Any before 10:30pm except no spoken word while doing think tank research, job work, journaling, parking thing, insurance thing, or Tai Chi notes Print reading: Sorting snailmail & similar is unrestricted before 10:30pm. Project reading is OK while eating or after soup is simmering until 10:30pm. Other print reading is OK after soup is simmering until 10:30pm. |
