Robbybox commits to:
observing a regular sleep schedule and exercising every day:
I must be physically OUT of bed no later than 7:00AM on weekdays. ONE minute late is a violation, & the official time is my bedroom clock. I must be physically IN bed @ or before 11:00PM Sun-Thurs night (same rigor and clock apply). FURTHERMORE, I will run a distance of 2 miles every Mon-Fri morning at or above a 10 min./mile pace before I go anywhere in my car. I will visit the gym again before bed 2 do free run or weights.
