So I failed at my 12 hourly steps today, but I succeeded at my 9am-5pm steps!

Unsuccessful at 7am steps unfortunately, largely because of my focus mate session from 7-7:50am

So Iā€™m considering booking sessions starting at 7:15am vice 7am, to allow me to get my hourly steps in FIRST, before I start studying

And maybe give myself 30 minutes between sessions?
