Eat only fresh fruit and non-processed veggies (frozen veggies are okay) and drink only non-sugared liquids for 4 weeks. I only get to eat after training karate for one hour or cycling 10 miles or more, otherwise non-sugared liquid only fast. AM & PM weight and BP checks required! Goal BP = 120/80 or lower.
