I’ve got to be better about not getting distracted by the motorcycle safety stuff. My plan for this week is to make sure I eat lots of fruit and stay away from anything with salt and or a lot of calories 🤞🏼.

Struggled this past week and ended up not keeping to the commitment. I’m climbing back up on the horse though and planning on doing better going forward🤞🏼.
