these limits: On wkdays, only after 8 hrs job wk or 18:30-22:30 (Th: -23:15): rec. hc & proj rdg, using mobile mp3-player & camera s/w, prep/posting photos, browsing icanhascheezburger, deviantart, birds-related.
Internet, saved electronic, & ssh around Lchblk: Th: after class-23:15, MTWF: last hr b4 c. shutdown, SS: last 2 hrs b4. Sun: no reading by eye after 10:30pm. Work days: no Tetris. Chrngr & Lchblk exceptions: only for impt job reasons. OK to modify goal for FUTURE days.
