*Train with Shad's Self talk each and every day for min of 15mins a day (or 1 thing at least a day) but I aim to do all 4 of them each day starting first thing in the morning.
*Employ situational self talk in each and every moment of my day and my writing and my journaling to set high performance habits and standards for my self *Strategically plan out the self talk i wish to change and complete the exercises in the book "how to talk when you talk to your self"
