MariyaS commits to:
getting really good at my job at Constellation. Even though I don't particularly enjoy them, if I truly master the support related tasks, then I will be considered for more development oriented opportunities when they arise.
If I seek out and implement system code enhancements I will ensure that I don't get pigeon-holed in a support role. I commit to spending an extra 30 minutes per day in the office working on Confirms development tasks. I will help Chris be motivated to do the same with the Pub Portal. Management will be impressed with us when mid-year review time rolls around in June!

i missed my 5/1 UAT deadline :-( they don't want to migrate it to prod yet because of that. I hauled ass and tried really hard to get it done in time, worked all night thursday (literally) and some this past weekend. However, I ran into some hangups when testing and that held me up a lot. I need to learn how to pace myself better throughout a project. |
