Hi there, I see that you are in your last week of keto. Kudos to you! I've been doing keto for the last year with slip ups and mistakes along the way, but it works and I believe it is the best and most natural way to eat. It's just not always easy to unlearn the habits from misinformation we've been inundated with. I hope you have lots of good support in your keto journey. I love all of the great websites and free podcasts to stay motivated like IDM, diet doctor.com, etc. I often combine keto with intermittent fasting which i find really tones down the cravings and I'm starting my next fast this evening. Good luck to you this week. One question though, why 'no keto' on Wednesdays?!:) |
