It seems meditation done continiosly can improve everything from blood pressure to decreasing levels of stress hormones and mental clarity, and much more.
Thus I am to develop the habit of meditation 2x daily once in the morning, and once in the afternoon or evening. I shall do this by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie and closing my eyes and focusing in on my inner state and breathing.
