Reduce individual carbon footprints... Star this Commitment
Week 99 of 99

Sweetfilter commits to:
Reducing greenhouse gas at home without turning out the lights, eating crap, or living in an igloo. How?
According to the American Institute of Architects, buildings, not cars produce more than 40% of all greenhouse gas. The largest single point sources of these gases are household and municipal plumbing vent stacks.
I'm getting homeowners and municipalities to use recyclable filters to capture these gases and bury them. So far I've got Chicago and Kansas City doing it on a small scale.

Now the head of the EPA says that 40% of GHG is coming from power plants and oil production. The AIA says 40% og GHG is coming from buildings, sewer colletion/treatment, and landfills. The EPA is going for the manufacturer, I'm going for the consumer. Guess that about covers it.
