| I regularly achieve 1.5% as I have a minimum fee of £1800 + VAT. When applied to properties at a sale price of £140,000 this level of commission is achieved. | |

| Put a property live at the weekend - 34 Edinburgh Drive. Listed at £120,000 fee - £1800 plus VAT. They signed for solicitor package as well. So, exactly 1.5% plus VAT! Whats more I sold it after two days above the asking price!!! | |

| Two MAs done and and 1.5% quoted. However, neither have left their current agents but reduced the asking price in line with my valuation. | |

| I had no MAs that week but I have previously negotiated !.5% inc vat fee. This property is still on the books. Conducted two MAs yesterday and set fee at 1.5. Prospects considering whether to leave their current agent. | |
