This is going to be difficult for me to achieve as I am not getting many MAs at the moment & I would rather not lose the few that I get that ACTUALLY want to sell on price. However I have considered my fees since kick off & used to charge 0.9% inc (in area) & 1% inc (outside of area). Now I am already quoting 1% inc (in area) & 1.2% inc (out of area). I will feel more confident about this once I have one or two more properties on board, as at the moment I don't think I have the stats to support me in MAs. |
