Open House - Booked an open house for sat 11th November. Changed Rightmove and Zoopla to "Open Day" delivered 100 letters to neighbours. Already got an exclusive viewing on this property and explained they can offer but to be fair to everyone we will still have the open day. |

Open House - Booked an open house for sat 11th November. Changed Rightmove and Zoopla to "Open Day" delivered 100 letters to neighbours. Already got an exclusive viewing on this property and explained they can offer but to be fair to everyone we will still have the open day. Continued with sniper letters in 3 different areas where i have sold properties recently. Delivered 100 to each one. got an appraisal in all 3 areas!! so they do work. Continued with KADW 3rd stage actually knocking. approx 8 answered (different times) so i know i need to keep mixing up the days i visit. sat afternoon gave the best results. 1 changing in january, he may come off the market though so not 100%. 1 changing in december when contract runs out. 1 cancelled their agreement and i list this week at 1.5% inc vat kerching!!!!. £5850.00 ta very much. the rest are still not sure yet or some wont change. Did 5 MA this week. 1 kadw - WON, 1 buyer during the viewing i converted to MA (with another agent) - WON, OLV PPC turned into MA - WON, OLV RM leaflet turned into MA - Won, march 2018. 1 from Sniper waiting to hear from them as wanted to discuss. Delivered 200 snipers this week Off to deliver 50 more |

Plan to do an open house at 5 Haycliffe drive. 100 letters to go out this week. check buyers list to see if there any people wanting a property of this type & invite Continue with KADW continue with inbound and outbound activity Sniper letters to go to other areas just sold |
