| The two MAs resulting from stage 2 of the process have both had their properties reduced after the MAs. They have decided to stick with their current agents! | |

| Stage 2 KADW letters done. Resulted in two MAs. Prospects considering my offering. Most of the new boards followed up were not in but spoke with two people. 1 stated she had no idea where moving to but accepted 39 Steps. The second was a tenant and did not know the name of the Landlord but was happy at my offer of help to find her another property. No invitations sent this week. | |
