| I stuck with it every day, even if I had to skip breakfast. This taught me something. I can skip breakfast if I eat late. It also taught me that I feel awful if I eat late. My resting heart rate goes up, and in general I don't want to make a habit of that! I am a big breakfast kind of girl. | |

| I switched to a new phone, so it doesn't show anything before this past week. But I made all 7 days. It meant skipping breakfast yesterday, but that was fine, because I ate enough at lunch for the whole day... yeah, a bit much under most circumstances, but acceptable under the circumstances. | |
