Exercise everyday this week, and/or basically try to make exercising an even higher priority, particularly on the days that my schedule is most crammed. For example, Wednesday, I have two other things to do, but I want to try to get in at least 2 miles or 30 minutes workout. And Friday, I want to make an effort, even though it is the last day of the week.
