Arisaysuyi commits to:
Putting my relationship with GOD first and integrating non-negotiable habits into my life to get there. The first being 15 minutes minimum meditation in the morning, completing the other 15 or more later in the day. In the evening before bed doing a written 10th step alongside prayer. Also spending an hour or more each day on actions like going to a meeting, having fellowhip or even just reading from the big book. Finally continuing to practice mindful eating and improve my eating.
