One thing that I am looking into is to build systems around each of these things so that I do not have to just abstain from them. Example: I noticed that all my quora activity is through their email digest. I build a filter for it, so all the quora digest now simply skip my inbox and move to a folder hidden from sight, which I can always go to later. |
