| uggg....ive been so overfocused tonight it kept me from really getting any thing done - i ran a little bit - nothing long...i actually felt really tight into it with my foot hurting....i shall work on it a little...as this is the first time all day that i dont feel crazy impulsive. i realize my overfocused ness it what drives me to be innovative as i cant stand things sitting in my mind when im looking for so much input...the overfocusedness seems to drive the whole brain wild and make me not calm down one bit...i feel as if i need to do something to correct this. | |
