Week 16 of 16

Izak3 commits to:
I pledge to exercise daily for at least 20 minutes. In exercise I include: strength training, walking, running or biking.

I will get in the habit of going to the gym daily but if it is not possible I'll take a 20 minute walk.

3x strength training and 2x cardio per week. This gives me some wiggle room in case of contingencies.

I will follow the routine for weights specified in the comments. For cardio i will bike for 20 min at 60% effort. Journal after weights: mandatory

I have been moving everyday but I am not really satisfied since it doesn't feel like I'm forming a habit. I am thinking of moving this practice towards going to the gym every day at a particular time. That'll make it more part of my daily routine. I think I'd like to exercise in the morning but then I wont be able to eat and perhaps my energy levels would be lower but I guess nothing'll show itself without a lot of experimentation...

I have been exercising as described each day for the past week. My first job week after the vacation starts now so it will be exciting to monitor my energy levels and this commitment!

This commitment is progressing steadily, I have very high motivation currently. For times when I do not, I have decided to make exercise the first thing of the time which I am in control over every day. What's more? I will start drinking my morning coffee at the gym to avoid procrastination at home e.g not going to the gym immediately.
