Izak3 commits to:
I pledge to exercise daily for at least 20 minutes. In exercise I include: strength training, walking, running or biking.
I will get in the habit of going to the gym daily but if it is not possible I'll take a 20 minute walk. 3x strength training and 2x cardio per week. This gives me some wiggle room in case of contingencies. I will follow the routine for weights specified in the comments. For cardio i will bike for 20 min at 60% effort. Journal after weights: mandatory
