I commit to not complaining for 21 days straight. I will wear a rubber band on my arm. When I (or someone else) catch's me complaining, I will move the rubberband to the other wrist and start the 21 days again.

I am done with the stickk but not complaining. I will continue to wear and switch the braclet to remind myself of what to focus on. |

I have been switching It less and less. I am feeling Much more positive and much less complaining I am now actively aware of when I complain when I don't at least far as I know LOL |
