Mon. - Sat. Fruit & juice after exercise commitment met (must ride bike at least 10 miles or train at least an hour). Add raw veggies if ride bike at least 25 miles or train 2 hrs. Off date night(s) with Mom & special activities. Please renew this commitment weekly until reach weight of 157. One day off when reach weight of 165 and again at 160.
