Well, I made some progress but I just didn't attain the goal that I had outlined for myself.. I worked on my forefoot strike enough times but didn't get all of the calf lifts in that I was hoping to.. Maybe I can experiment with it some this week at see what is more attainable and realistic.

First day, have done six sets per calf so far today. I jogged this morning at Susan's half marathon and focused on the forefoot strike for a good 10 minutes (two sets of five minutes). Just a little while ago, I jogged for about 10 minutes trying to land on around the middle to the middle-front of my foot. I don't want to be too sore tomorrow.
