ykarate commits to:
Sunday liquid fast (water, tea & soy milk). Mon. - Fri. Fruit, juice & raw veggies only after exercise commitment met (must ride bike at least 15 miles or train at least an hour). Off date night(s) with Mom, Father's Day, MC movie night & special activities with Sensei Jones, etc. Please renew this commitment weekly until reach weight of 157. One day off when reach weight of 165 and again at 160.
