wrkinprogrss commits to:
limiting my recreational reading and mp3 player use to a specific evening time window, on work days. The window is currently set as follows: MWF: only between 6:30pm and 10:30pm; Tue: only between 5:30pm and 10:30pm; Thur: only between 6:30pm and 11:15pm. Work holidays and vacation days that I have arranged in advance are exempted.
I can change the time window details as my scheduled appointments change, but the new windows must be comparable to the previous windows, and all window changes must be made in advance--window changes cannot be applied to the day on which the changes are made.

| Think I did all right with this goal on 8/6/09 & 8/7/09, but binge-read very badly on both 8/8 and 8/9, carrying over well into the small hours of today. Think I have to call that a failure. | |
