| It is awesome. I feel like I have a super power. Immune to the cold. Really helps with focus and overall positivity. So glad to have gone through it. | |

| Rock and Roll. Doing The ICE Challenge is GREAT. Going into the elements, it has little to no effect on me being cold. The ability to control your response to the elements is huge for me. So Grateful and excited to be going through this program. Going to do the ICE bath this week! Can't wait. | |
