Week 3 of 3
ykarate commits to:
Water fast unless train for 1 hr. or ride bike 5 miles. If exercise met then water, soy milk or tea. If 10 miles or 1.5 hours training then fruit added to above. If 25 miles or 2 hours training, then add veggies. If 50 miles or 2.5 hours training, then off for the rest of that day. If 75 miles on bike, then off next day too. Off for date nights with Mom and special events (ex. client meetings and tournament).
