doing at least 10 minutes of Qi Gong exercises daily. Anything I've learned from Scott counts, including warm-ups and cool-downs, but the 10 minutes must be timed and it must be done all at one time.

Looks like it might have been 66 days of daily Qi Gong, on this run. Going to set a new goal to get beyond that, at least. | |
