doing at least 10 minutes of Qi Gong exercises daily. Anything I've learned from Scott counts, including warm-ups and cool-downs, but the 10 minutes must be timed and it must be done all at one time.

Looks like it might have been 66 days of daily Qi Gong, on this run. Going to set a new goal to get beyond that, at least.

Did 15 minutes of Qi Gong on 7/31, 15 minutes on 8/1, and a class worth (probably over an hour) on 8/2. Have to report failure for the week because of 7/30, but am pretty happy that I've had so many successful days and reestablished so quickly.

Missed doing Qi Gong on 7/30--didn't remember until I was already in bed with the lights out, and just wasn't willing to get up. Feel stiffer than usual this morning, which is interesting to notice.
