ykarate commits to:
Water fast unless train for 1 hr. or ride bike 10 miles. If exercise met then water, soy milk or tea. If 25 miles or two hours training then fruit added to above. If 50 miles or 3 hours training, then add veggies. If 75 miles or 4 hours training, then off for the rest of that day. If 100 miles on bike, then off next day too. Off for date nights with Mom and special events like dinner w/Hamdi and the shiai.
