ykarate commits to:
Mon., Wed., Fri. water only. Only water, tea, soy milk, 100% fruit juice unless exercise of other ongoing commitment met. Once exercise requirement met, non-sugared liquids (smoothies allowed after exercise met), fruit and raw veggies. Off for Gaby time, date night(s) with Mom, Valentine's Day & Mom's B-day. Commitment is done when I reach weight of 164 lbs or less. Once 164 lbs is met, one day off. New commitment after the 1 day off. If 30 bike miles or + on any water day, extra day at end!
