							ykarate commits to:
						 
						
							Only water, tea, soy milk, 100% fruit juice unless exercise of other ongoing commitment met. Once exercise requirement met, non-sugared liquids (smoothies allowed after exercise met), fruit and raw veggies.  Off for date night with Mom.  Commitment is done when I reach weight of 162.8 lbs or less.  Once 162.8 lbs is met, one day off.  New commitment after the 1 day off.
