ykarate commits to:
Only water, tea, soy milk, 100% fruit juice unless exercise of other ongoing commitment met. Once exercise requirement met, non-sugared liquids (smoothies allowed after exercise met), fruit and raw veggies. Off for date night with Mom. Also off on Sunday if I ride bicycle (or exercise bike) 25 miles or more on Sunday. Commitment is done when I reach weight of 165 lbs or less. Once 165 lbs is met, new commitment within 2 days.
