limiting my recreational reading and mp3 player use, today, to the period betwen 5:30pm and 10:30pm.
If I need a break from work, I can fix food, work on laundry, write in my journal (with or without therapy homework experiments), do Qi Gong exercises, or spend up to 10 minutes considering photos to take to upcoming lesson.
