ykarate commits to:
Only water, tea, soy milk, 100% fruit juice unless exercise of other ongoing commitment met. Once exercise requirement met, non-sugared liquids. This fast is for 10/13, 10/14 & 10/15. 10/16 & 10/17 fruit & raw veggies. Off for date nights with Mom. "Off" for evening of any day I ride bike 50 miles or more. Off for 10/18 if I weigh 168 lbs or less on morning of 10/18. Off for camp movie night or team bowling event (when we do).
