Pants&Collared Shirt- neither to be worn on 3 consecutive days On Time, arriving late within 1st 15 mins- to be made up by 30 mins meditation in the Stupa ROTA 2x/wk, completed on time Complete Vlogging Ceremony 1x/wk on Friday. No philosophical exchange except if necessary for goals/work or with a qualified Meditation Instructor or Mentor. Allowed on Tues and Fri and after Lunch on Sun MI Interview 1x/wk, complete recommended study materials before next meeting

This week I had 2 or 3 commitments to Development and I missed those meditation sessions, whether this is disputable or not, I can definitely say that I was late to 5 sessions that I did not make up, so this will be a failed report In the future, work related absences will only count as half, and to be counted towards a missed session then I will have to have two work related absences. |

14/07/2015 Additional Notes: If I arrive late to meditation, but within the first 15 minutes, I still have to stay for the entire session AND I also have to complete 30 mins of meditation in the Stupa ROTA can be completed early The Video BLogging Ceremony can be given two make ups, if time does not allow on Friday, but will be need to be done before Monday 00:00 Hours Philosophical Exchange is important, I will seek to evade such discussion skillfully when it arises, except for Tuesday, Friday and After lunch on Sunday This Challenge will be open for editing after the 2nd reporting period |
