wrkinprogrss commits to:
setting and accomplishing at least five mini-goals, today, including mini-goals re UTF work and spreadsheet updating. I will allow myself to do private process work on LJ re Joy Diet exercises or preparing for the 50 Dance at any time before 11:15pm, today. I will postpone recreational reading and audiobook listening until at least 6:30pm, today, and until after I am packed up for tonight's Tech Rehearsal. I will not circumvent my internet-access-control applications unless job work requires it. I will not read fiction or play any kind of audio after 11:15pm. I will remind myself that my immune system would benefit from me being in bed with lights out by 12:30am or preferably earlier.

Substituted follow-up re UTF meeting request for last micro-goal mentioned. Did well on the letter of this goal's restrictions. Some slippage on the spirit--read a bunch of non-fiction, very late--but am counting it as generally a success. Whether or not I hit 5 mini-goals probably depends on when I start counting. Accomplished: Healthy eating Signficant UTF progress Showered and washed hair Updated and sent status spreadsheet Participated in dance tech rehearsal Attended 3 meetings Set up Friday 9am meeting |

| Seems like the next micro-goal should be assessing whether any more hidden text in UTF gs ch should be unhidden. Micro-size it by doing it a S2 or S3 at a time? | |
