I made it through al the fast days and the fruit only day with no problem. Started to feel a little weak during exercise on the last day. Even though the commitment is over I am still eating kind of light. May do it again next week. Also was able to meet all of the exercise requirements although I haven't been able to ride my bike for the last two or three weeks. Been pretty successful with 1.5 or more hours of karate on most days.
