wrkinprogrss commits to:
limiting my recreational reading and audio listening as follows, today: I'll allow myself to work on the private Joy Diet Risk Workspace post or 50 Dance Workspace post on LJ at any time. I will wait until at least 6:30pm before I do any other recreational reading, today, including any other LJ access. I will allow myself unlimited listening to music until 10:32pm, today. I will not use the mp3 player before 6:30pm or after I get up from the computer after taking my 9:30pm internet window. If I do not use my 9:30pm internet window, today, then I'll allow myself mp3 listening until 10:32pm, provided that I set the timer. To support myself in getting a full night's sleep and having time to center and to enjoy being alive before starting job work, tomorrow, I will not do any recreational reading or audio listening after 10:32pm, tonight.
I will experiment with making work my highest priority until 6:30pm, primarily UTF reintegration project and removal of obsolete D&B references. I will submit my timecard, today. I will not enter the password to circumvent Content Manager, Leechblock, or Chronager, today, unless a job work task requires it. If I need a break from work, I can choose from taking a shower, preparing tea or food, doing something related to the 50 dance or Joy Diet risk-taking, practicing Ba Gua Broadsword or Earth Dragon Staff, doing some Qi Gong or other gentle exercise, doing a bit of knitting or journaling, looking at the Stickk Green Initiatives community for a few minutes, or making progress with laundry or kitchen. Prior to 6:30pm, I will limit (additional) photography to one timed 15-minute break. (I'll put the Treo in my pocket with the buzzer set for the timing, or else one of the kitchen timers.) I will do at least one load of laundry, today. I will call BMA about studio time, today, and I will pay the storage locker fee, today. My intent is to be in bed with the lights out before midnight.

| Did pretty well with the specifics of this goal, except, once again, the reading after 10:32pm. I kept it to non-fiction from the pile of snail-mail, but some of it might conceivably have counted as recreational. Since I marked the previous day's problem with this as resulting in a failure, even though I succeeded with the rest of that day's goal, I'm going to call this one a success with fudging, to balance it. | |

| Doing so-so. Allowed myself to be distracted by photography discussion w/ R, including some of his shots on the net. Did take a timed photo break for myself, too. | |
