| Have not been doing well at all this week with this goal. Need to try to remember to shut down. However, on the nights I do shut the computer down, I feel like I sleep a little better. The room is completely silent. Also, being that the monitor on my desk is right next to my head when I'm sleeping, I can't imagine that's very healthy. | |
