Friday Awesomeness!
Star this Commitment
wrkinprogrss commits to:
waiting until at least 6:30pm to do any recreational reading or any audiobook listening, today. I will not check *any* LJ pages until 6:30pm or later. Until that time, I will experiment with doing job work as my main priority. If I need a break, I can choose from house work, gentle exercise, tax work, journaling, th h/w, brief cartooning, or possibly composing notes to T&N or E. I'll allow myself to listen to music, but will not use the mp3 player before 6:30pm.
I will remind myself that I will have a more comfortably-paced start to tomorrow if I go to bed and turn the lights off by midnight. I will remind myself that doing this gives me a better chance to buy sultanas at tomorrow's farmer's market. I will remind myself that my odds of accomplishing this are better if I don't read or listen to audio after 10:32pm.
