waiting until at least 6:30pm to do any recreational reading or any audiobook listening, today. I will not check
*any* LJ pages until 6:30pm or later. Until that time, I will experiment with doing job work as my main priority. If I need a break, I can choose from house work, gentle exercise, tax work, journaling, th h/w, brief cartooning, or possibly composing notes to T&N or E. I'll allow myself to listen to music, but will not use the mp3 player before 6:30pm. After dance class, I will remind myself that my odds for getting a full night's sleep are better if I don't read or listen to any kind of recordi ngs. I will aim to be in bed with the lights out by 12:15am.

| Qualified success. Did remind myself re intended bedtime and method for getting there, but felt sad and did some reading in Great Courses catalogs, anyway. Had lights out by 1:00am. | |
