waiting until at least 6:30pm to do any recreational reading or any audiobook listening, today. I will not check *any* LJ pages until 6:30pm or later. Until that time, I will experiment with doing job work as my main priority. If I need a break, I can choose from house work, gentle exercise, journaling, brief cartooning, or possibly composing a thank-you note to T&N. I'll allow myself to listen to music, but will not use the mp3 player before 6:30pm.
